How does delivery work?

✔︎ We use FedEX for most of our deliveries. You can expect your parcel within 7-14 business days. When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.

If the item has a specified "sent" date beside it in brackets this means the item is a pre-sale purchase and you will receive that item in 7 - 14 business days from this "sent" date.

If you have ordered 2 or more items from us please note that they will be sent at the same time. This means we will wait until your full order is available and in stock to dispatch it.

If your order does not arrive within 17 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with FedEX. We guarantee your parcels delivery by requiring a signature on arrival. FedEX may contact you offering a safe drop - if you accept this we do not take responsibility for the package. 

Do you have a returns policy?

✔︎ Yes! We are so confident you will love ZenSpinner that we offer a 14-day return policy. If you don't like the product within 14 days, we will provide a returns postage label. Please email us with your reason for returning it and, if applicable, photos of your complaint.

Can I cancel an order after I have placed it?

✔︎ If you went through our entire checkout process and confirmed an order we may be unable to cancel it. This is due to our system immediately sending your order through to our fulfilment partner. This system allows a very fast delivery service to our customers. However if you do need to change or cancel an order please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request.

Please keep in mind due to the current high volume of orders and customer service requests occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.

Can I pay via Afterpay or Zip?

✔︎ Yes, however only for Australian residents.

 

Is ZenSpinnerz overpriced?

✔︎ The ZenSpinner is worth every penny. Our price is based purely on the high quality of materials and craftsmanship.

How do I use a discount code?

✔︎ Please add the discount code while checking out. Please note we only allow 1 coupon to be used at a time. Strikethrough prices may consider the discount code mentioned in the description.
